Common First Aid Situations
The app provides assistance for the most common first aid situations. There are spoken instructions for serious situations such as unconsciousness, burns, and CPR. In addition, you will find written instructions for over 80 situations where first aid is necessary, such as cuts, bruises, insect bites, allergic reactions, hyperventilation, epilepsy, and panic attacks.

What accidents? No hospital or 112, but first aid
The app is mainly intended for accidents where immediate medical help from a doctor is not required, but where it is necessary to provide your own first aid. The app provides you with the information you need. For example, what do you do after contact with the hairs of the oak processionary caterpillar or with the sap of the giant hogweed? What do you do with a splinter or a nosebleed?

For each accident or situation, we indicate how to recognize the situation. Then we explain in clear steps what you can do yourself. Of course, we also indicate when it is wise to contact your GP or the GP post, or to call 112.

Help with CPR
For CPR, the app provides spoken instructions. The app guides you through resuscitation in twelve clear steps. This allows you to act correctly in a stressful situation. The instruction can be paused at any time. It is also possible to call 112 directly from the instruction menu.

There are also spoken instructions with clear steps and the possibility to call 112 directly for unconsciousness, severe bleeding, burns, poisoning, and severe choking.

In the app, you will find a link to the webshop of the Dutch Red Cross. We offer various first aid kits and bags, textbooks, and AEDs, among other things. The webshop also offers first aid courses.
